Kappa Sig you get your private school boys from similar feeder schools to sae and Fiji, but they are not getting bids to those fraternities. They are really nice guys and get good grades, but I can't say a time at their house that stands out. SigEp has a lot bigger assortment of schools it pulls from, which gives them a different feel than those other fraternities, not high school all over. They are constantly getting in trouble however and historically being animal house doesn't last long. That being said, almost every time I go it is fun. So if your are joining a fraternity for the next 4 years join SigEp and if you are worried about it 8 years from now join ksig

a meaningless term here. Most of what would have been considered old row got kicked off in the 80s and 90s, and while they've come back, they certainly aren't old row anymore. The only houses that would really qualify are SAE, Fiji and maybe Kappa Sig if you don't count the fact that they only came back less than a decade ago.
