by: YepAre any of the bottom tier groups rising at all. It looks like Delta Sig, Theta Chi and Zeta Psi are growing and are somewhat larger than the rest.

Phi Psi will probably rise to the level of ATO/Pike/Sammy by next fall and Kappa Sig will probably rise to that of Sig Ep/ZBT since they both got new houses this year. Also Pi Kapp will probably rise above Phi Delt since, from what I've heard, Phi Delt lost their house and can't have a fall pledge class. I also heard that they bought Acacia's house so the house thing might not be an issue but obviously they're gonna drop if they can't have a fall PC.
