fraternity outlooks

Ik FIJI/SAE are stagnant at the top but how are the rest of the fraternities doing this year and how are they looking next year? I.e. KA/Sig Ep/Sigma Chi/Kappa Sig/ZBT/Delt/anyone else potentially becoming relevant (Phi Psi next year maybe?). What do girls think of them, how are there parties, how are the guys in them, overall which would you guys recommend, etc. ?

I agree Phj Psi will improve but the have a long way to go it will take 2-3 years . They only have around 50 members. Let's say they take 30-40 new members in each of the next two years. They might be up with ATO and Pike.

Delt and Phi Psi tied in spring rush this year with ~20 pledges each while ATO and pike only have 5-7 each. Phi Psi will probably pull a fall PC of 45-50 based on the house and resources alone. As of now, Phi Psi is at or slightly above ATO/Pike, but still far below Delt/KA/Machi

ATO has 12 and Pike has 5. While undoubtely the Phi Psi PCs will start to become larger, they have yet to establish the stronger sorority relations of say ATO (AXO/APhi). I know girls personally who love to check out their house but don't go to or know about any events ex. Fight Night. It will take Phi Psi a couple of years to get

ATO and Pike are one story, Ksig, Delt and Sigma chi are a completely different one. It'll be easy for Phi Psi to pass up pike and ato, but its a completely different story after that. New house or not, Phi Psi is still Phi Psi.
