Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.0 You do realize that happened in 2006 and the case has long since been resolved right? To be fair no one who is currently in the fraternity were even at UT when that occurred.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.8 are you talking about? They already had to pay the family and they've settled it with the school. It's pretty impressive (and awful of course) they managed to indirectly kill a pledge and still keep their charter.
