Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.0 Weirdest guys on campus. They harassed me and my friends all night at their bid day event. Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.0 This is not a fraternity that makes me or my sisters feel safe. The guys are creepy and a lot of them are touchy with me and my friends. They throw one social event a semester because the rest of their budget goes toward their house’s property tax. Dumpy frat that I’m not sure why anyone would join.
