This fraternity has slowly but steadily moved up into the top tier. With their new house and having the #1 PC and most sought after fraternity by the top sororities look for Lambda to become the #1 by next year, I know dozens of their new PC chose ΛΧΑ over ΣΑΕ and FIJI

Self ranking to a max right around rush time. Let's be honest lambda chi alpha is no where near being middle tier. You can't compare them to mid tiers like Phi Psi, Sammy, ATO and Pike. There house is absolutely not even average, so please for the love of god stop self ranking

On the rise. New house is great with huge back yards for parties and even concerts. The guys I talked to are really chill, maybe I haven't met the goobers yet. If they bid some quality guys this PC, lambda chi will be around middle- upper middle tier

Bottom tier fraternity with zero parties because they didn't have a house up until this upcoming year. New house is still below average and other bottom tiers have better houses (I.e. AEPi & Delta Sig) Have no pledgeship so just look to join another frat honestly

Chapter that self ranks hard right around rush time. Not respected by the other frats because of their 'no pledgeship' national policy. Currently have Phi Delt's old house, which is subpar to even chapters below them with houses. Mix mainly with spirit groups. Seem to have a good brotherhood, but lacking in social/funding and still far from mid tier frats.
