These guys just aren't what they used to be. Obviously their house is nice, but that's it.

IMO they throw the best parties. They do party really hard which can be a turn off for some, but they have some really solid guys and seem to be improving the other aspects of their chapter(grades, philanthopy, etc.)

They're slacking. A bunch of dumb asses that don't care about each other. I left only because of that. Yes the parties are amazing but they don't care about anyone else. it's gonna hurt them in the end.

Solid group of guys. Some of the older ones are strange, but their newest PC has really attractive, nice guys that love to party. Not the best grades, but The ones I know most of them are in the business school and have solid grades; having red mccombs as an alumni is fun. The brotherhood is strong, and they really do have some of the best parties on campus, I wish I would have gone to more of them. With the most recent PC and if they have a good Fall rush, they will definitely be on the rise

I've hung out with these guys a good amount along with many other fraternities including "top" houses. These guys are very underrated and it seems as though many are starting to realize it. +'s depending who you talk to, they're bottom of the top tier. Everyone loves their parties and they are known to be amount the rowdiest on campus. The guys are all very down to Earth, they have less super douchey guys but are still mostly attractive and "fratty." They all seem to be great friends.
