Title IX coordinator denies me Title IX protections

So I say:

I believe there was an oversight on your part regarding Title IX:

To be absolutely clear Title IX applies regardless of whether the individual responsible for harassment is affiliated with NWHSU.

The perpetrator has and has had a long standing NWHSU connection - he violated me in a space that he was living in rent free and with full board at the expense of an NWHSU educated chiropractor - (Full name redacted)
I am therefore requesting the following without delay:

Written acknowledgment that NWHSU recognizes and accepts its Title IX obligations in this matter; (!)
A clear outline of next steps being taken to ensure full federal compliance and protection of my access to education;
Immediate discussion of appropriate financial compensation given the harm caused by the school’s failure to act, the impact on my education, and the Title IX obligations now in effect. (!!)
Additionally, I must inform you that the individual responsible for the environment in which Lee operated—identified to me as [alias], a licensed chiropractor and NWHSU alumnus—has direct ties to the location where the coercive sex-misconduct took place. This connection extends institutional responsibility beyond mere proximity: NWHSU helped credential a healthcare professional tied to a setting where criminal and harassing behavior was enabled.
