What became of the Harvard Frat/Sorority lawsuit?

Gotta wonder if it's people who were kicked out of frats and sororities who are out to ruin it for everyone cuz with all the stuff they could focus on to fix at Harvard..

We’re not “allowed” to be in frats / sororities anymore but there’s still one sorority and two frats. There’s not rly a way for them to enforce the sanctions so membership is growing rapidly again.
