While you can't deny that alot of thetas on here have been self-rating, they're still a pretty good house. They're more popular among frats than other sororities, and that's not a bad thing. They have a tendency to be a little less than classy, but honestly thats a stigma the greek system as a whole has. The thetas I know are all really nice and fun to go out with. Who cares about "top house status" because these girls don't even need it to have a good time!

Actually they are pretty cool. dunno why they get such a bad rap. people need to get over reputations. re: yep is probably a pledge or something. you learn who every house is JUST from Homecomming and Humo stupid

it's because they are the two houses that are continually on the lowest tier...both are usually houses that most girls cut or rank 3rd during pref (if they have to go back to them)

dunno... you'd be surprised how many girls really like Theta and rank them the top. I think that stereotype that people try to avoid Theta or DDD is dated. besides DDD and Theta go for VERY different people

the ones I've met go out but not a ton. they seem very focused but still cool to hang out with. Can't really figure out if they all look a certain way. Seem put together.

yea, people definitely are threatened by how well theta has done, esp. considering AXO had to do spring and Theta didn't and AXO has had a better rep with frats. People just love to hate on theta cause its a little more traditional than other houses are. the comparisons of theta at the bottom are hilarious considering how many pledges thetas get every fall and how many people are in the house lol
