rush

What's the rush process like here? Is it competitive? When do you get your assigned rush groups? Is it after you've signed up? Can you request to be in the same group as a friend?

-somewhat competitive. not like the south or anything, though. 99% of girls that stick with the process and maximize their options get a bid.
-rush groups are assigned during the first big rush meeting (the intro meeting)
-no. you can't request a rush group.

How many girls typically go through rush here?

800-1000. Last year I think it was just under 1000 who started the process.

-Quota was 58

Does anyone know the number of girls signed up for recruitment this year? Is it about the same as previous years?
