2. SAE/Sigma Chi/ SIG EP (I would also go as far as adding DU and KappaSig here because it's one giant tier, aka big 5)
3. FIJI/ Theta Chi/ Lodge (very similar, fiji and theta chi might have the edge on the lodge, but not enough to make them their own tier.)
Why seperate sigep from SAE/Sigchi and FIJI from thetachi/lodge.

while sig ep is "big 5", it is not at all on the same level as sig chi or sae, hence the separate tiers
FIJI and theta chi are also discernibly better than the lodge, so that's why they are on different tiers. I'd say fiji and and theta chi are closer to sig ep than they are to the lodge.
Sammy is better than AEPi and miles better than chi phi, they should have a tier of their own
Good to see that psi u is getting mentions on here tho, good guys and it's nice to actually see them in the discussion. Hopefully they can do something with the blue house

^^^FIJI and Theta Chi aren't at all close to Sig Ep. There's a BIG gap between them.

Hate to break it to you sig ep but no one else feels that way. Underneath all your chubbies and bowties are guys that would fit in at those houses (as well as some better ones too)

Sig Ep, FIJI, Theta Chi and to some degree the Lodge overlap in terms of the bids. They all pull from the same type of guys. On the other hand, Sig Ep also shares guys with SAE and Sig Chi.
In my mind, Sig Ep is kinda split, half of it is guys who would fit in just as well at FIJI/Theta Chi and half guys who would fit in well at Sig Chi or SAE.
But when you get into the grand scheme of things, Sig Ep is closer to FIJI and Theta Chi than it is to DU and Ksig, just like FIJI and OX is closer to Sig Ep than The Lodge and AEpi

Perfect rankings and to "yoo", theta chi having a new house won't make them better than Fiji and they are also not better than the lodge. But then again those three are usually personal preference since many would put Fiji, the lodge , theta chi in the same tier.

Theta Chi and Lodge/FIJI are hard to compare cuz they draw different types of guys. OX gets the more cali bro/low key guys where the others get more nice guys gone prep/stereotype fratty. Apples and oranges.

You arent comparing the stereotypes, you are comparing their rep with girls, how ood their parties are, their bar presence, their academics and their overall popularity. They arent hard to compare at all

people write on here as if there is one definite ranking.. a lot of it is based on personal preference and varies from person to person.. so i think the best ranking can be done in tiers and then they are interchangeable among tiers based on personal preference.. as said above..
