question re: aphi

Ok, so I have friends that have already gone through rush (or are almost done) at places like Mizzou, AZ and Iowa...And it seems like APhi is similar at all of those schools in that they are all described as "instafamous". I've heard the Wisco chapter is the same? Trying to keep an open mind, but isn't that sort of weird? Like, is there some sort of nationwide mandate that they pick girls that are like IG models? Cuz that's not really my thing...

no chapter is going to want you based solely on your instagram. just go through rush, form your own opinions, and see who you click with.

There is a large contingent of APhis here that are IGfamous (ie totally fake everything, don't look like that IRL). That popularity obviously doesn't translate IRL in regards to our Aphi chapter and Mizzou's I know for sure. I think Iowa and Arizona they are effing annoying but still considered top 3ish.
