they don't own their own house. if theta chi(i think?) can come back, AEPi will lose it. they were looking at Kappa Sig last summer when it was for sale.

they dont own the house but have in under lease for a few years...if theta chi wants to come back they will need to negotiate but i dont think they have enough members to fill that house? unsure, but i think aepi is fine either way

theta chi technically owns the house but wont have enough guys to fill it from what ive heard. I think aepi will be fine as long as they avoid the ifc trouble they are in and keep the quality guys in the house around
