Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 4.5 XO's not lower tier AT ALL. They are the only house on campus that I can truly say that everyone likes (GPhi is a close second). Laid-back, fun girls. Their rush is awesome. Strong sisterhood.
