Phi delt is on the come up now that they have a house. But let's be real, with or without the house, these guys were always some of the best people on campus. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 5.0 Phi delt is by far my favorite fraternity at UW Madison. It is a group of boys you can have an awesome night out with, study with, and count on them to walk a girl home safely at night. 10/10 Would recommend phi delt.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.0 Ya they got Sig Eps house but besides them being a dry fraternity nationally, sig Ep isn't allowing them to drink in there either. Gonna be a waste of real estate.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 5.0 Great, chill group of guys that doesn't act like your typical stuck up frat guys. They are very fun to talk to, and are growing at a good rate. After they get their house back, for sure they will rise to the top.
