Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.0 To give you a full understanding of this frat all of the sororities were sent an email telling us not to go to any chi phi social events otherwise our own chapter would be forced to standards and we would ourselves be in trouble. The university is really not playing around with them
