Top house. Nice, fairly involved, pretty, fun. Stay away from drama. The "gamma phis want to dance now" posts made me LOL. Like that really happened.

Rumors of them having "another bad rush" are widely exaggerated. Their last questionable rush was 2 years ago. They've really rebounded nicely. A lot classier/nicer than they used to be. Pretty and involved, too.

So, yeah, PiPhi shouldn't be this high. They have improved a lot the last 3 years or so, but it's more like they're higher than XO and AEPhi now, and maybe tied with AXO. Cute girls, not the classiest bunch. The new pledge class seems like they are a little classier than previous classes. Not very involved on campus, though.

Yes, Kappa's still popular. Yes, they've made some MAJOR mistakes. Basically, they are still #2, but a few more PR snafus, and they'll be down to #3 or maybe #4.

Fun girls. Used to be all about drama, but it seems like they have a stronger sisterhood now. I like that they are diverse geographically, and that they are pretty involved on campus.

Solid house. The girls all seem to love each other, and have really great spirit. They've gotten a lot prettier, too. Just a cool, really likable sorority.

Was a middle tier to lower middle tier house, but have changed that with this last rush. Solid middle tier now. Another good rush, and they could go up to upper middle tier. Very much the "girl next door" types.

Very involved. Generally nice and really LOVE being tridelts. I admire their enthusiasm, but sometimes it borders on annoying.

Not super into being greek, but do have a pretty good philanthropy. They are also pretty (for the most part), and get exactly who they want in rush. I knew that wasn't me, so I didn't care when they weren't super nice to me during rush. I still got invited back to 2nd rounds, though. Anyway, they are a very popular house with a certain population of girls.

Really hot girls. I just wish they'd get a house. Maybe then people wouldn't forget they are a sorority. I bet they'd go up to upper middle-tier with a house.
