i've seen plenty of "questional" kappas, gphis, thetas, aphis, and actually every single other house, at the bars. I have seen a theta out drinking IN HER LETTERS! for the most part DDD actually is very classy though. My friend is in DDD and she told me they are not allowed to have pics of them with alcohol in it unless everyone in the picture is 21 otherwise they will get fined. and apparently this is a rule they really adhere to.
