Coming out for recruitment I wasn't sure based on these comments how I would feel about dphie but I LOVE them. Every girl I talked to was so involved and talked so highly about her sisters and friends in other organizations. I hope a get a call back so I can join this amazing sisterhood.

I want to go out for recruitment but when i visited them at the greek org fair they seemed snobby and conceded. I didn't feel welcomed.

If you want to find good sisters and friends for life don't join them. No sisterhood element

I roomed with a girl in dphie and all she did was talk badly about her sisters. I am not involved in Greek life because I was afraid that people were going to talk about me how she talked about her "sisters". I understand it's difficult to get along with so many girls but everyday she was saying something rude about a different girl. She also came home everyday complaining about what she had to do for the org

Being a friend of most of the sisters and seeing an outsiders point of view, I have never seen a sorority so close and so together like these girls are. They are the most welcoming group of girls i've ever met, and this says a lot because the other sororities on campus are not nice to you if you aren't in their organization. They are the prettiest sorority on campus hands down, and i can't wait to go out for recruitment in January

Talked to them at the org fair and they were very mean and unfriendly. Definitely not looking forward to visiting during recruitment.

During recruitment, as soon as I spoke to some of the sisters and saw them all, its quite evident that they are looking for a certain "type" more than half were blonde, and ALL of them were slender or stick thin. The sisters I spoke to did not seem to have any interest in what I was saying at all, and I spoke to several of them. I was nice and polite and had a smile on my face, but they were so snobby for no reason.
