Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 3.4 Met them during recruitment and was a little skeptical from the negative reviews but I still gave them a chance. Not going to lie but the first round of girls I talked to felt a a little like they were forcing themselves to be nice idk it just felt off. I met better girls the 2nd round who didnt seem so much like robots but they have a mix of girls. Some are nicer then others I will say. I did notice though they repost the same girls on their insta all the time and there are way more then the same 5 girls on there.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 1.0 You'll get a bid if they think you fit their ideal image. Trash every other org. to try and lift themselves up, which is so upsetting. Instead of trying to hurt other org. why don't you just do better??

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 2.4 dphie is definitely not top tier at MSU. If your "pretty" you'll get a bid. These girls seem a bit stuck up and they act like they are better than everyone else. They act intimidating but rlly they just don't know how to have a genuine conversation. Some girls are not so friendly. They aren't the girls who would say hi to you on campus even if you've has a class with them

dphie is definitely not top tier at MSU. If your "pretty" you'll get a bid. These girls seem a bit stuck up and they act like they are better than everyone else. Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 4.4 Dphie is definitely the top sorority on MSU campus. They do seem a bit stuck up and conceded however when you get to know them there down to earth IF they like you. Very intimidating people.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 2.7 almost (if not) every chapter on campus has posted something about the current #blacklivesmatter/georg e floyd news besides them. i get you may not have black women in your organization but the montclair greek life community/family is vastly diverse. it’s really disappointing, i hope they do better in the future.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 3.0 It was a dream walking in, until I saw how basically all these girls looked the same and the fake was soo overwhelming. They all felt so insincere and high maintenance. I went in with an open mind but thinking this would be it and I left never wanting to walk into a room like that again. Definitely not for me I don’t think I could ever act that fake. A better explaination is: They we’re kind, but the kindness felt forced and like they would instantly talk about you behind your back the moment they could. Like they were just doing it to find juicy gossip.

I have girls in my class who literally don’t even speak to each other, you’d never think they even knew each other nevermind are in the same sorority.
