Alpha phi has been known to recruit based off of looks in the Past. This however has not been a crucial factor recently. They have struggled with retention rates but are working very hard to fix there sisterhood and make it better. They are becoming more involved on campus in the recent years. Overall they are really becoming a true sisterhood with multiple redeeming qualities

From my experience, these women are involved in a great many things around campus. They are very passionate for their philanthropy, strive for academic and personal success, and are pleasant to be around. They may have a keep-to-themselves appearance, but they attend a great many events across the board. Good girls overall.

This chapter is kinda materialistic. They are quick base there new sisters on the way they look. They like to stay by them-self and not involved or active throughout the campus. Know to be the pretty house and easy. They enjoy the little things in life and have fun on the whim.
