Is it too soon to see if AOPi or Deeph would try to rent Theta's house for the years Theta will be off campus? I mean Nationals does have bills to pay

deeph is locked into their lease with sammy, and aopi already has their lease signed for sae's house. Rumor is that Theta's house with be rented out to a frat most likely
