rush again?
by: gonna be sophomoreIs it embarrassing to rush next fall if I rushed this past fall and didn't get a bid? I heard a lot of girls didn't get bids but if I'm one of the few who didn't and the sororities know that I didn't get a bid when I walk in the door I would for sure be a little embarrassed. Do they even know/ care about my rush last fall? Thanks for any advice! :)

I'm in pretty much the same boat. I figure why not try formal rush again? If it doesn't work out again AOPi is having rush AFTER formal recruitment. Also If you have friends in sororitys right now they can vouche for you. Not sure how much that would help but it's something

If you got dropped from every house early on your best bet might be to look into COB or one of the newer sororities on campus. If you suicided and ended up not getting a bid from your top house, its worth it to try again if you think you can go in with an open mind. There are a lot of girls who rush a second time if they don't love the house they ended up in so you won't be alone.
