"top tier" frats
by: TransferI will be transfering here next year and want to join greek life. Which frats are considered "top tier"? Like which frats have a good social schedule and a nice house? And how tight is the brotherhood in these frats?

Theta Chi, Phi Psi, Pike, FIJI, AEPi (SAE was shut down over summer). Brotherhood in these frats is pretty good (except for Pike), generally because of their pledge processes. Theta Chi's house is terrible, but it doesn't really matter because they make good use of it. Phi Psi has a small house too and toned down socials because their chapter lost a ton of money last year, but again, it doesn't matter. Not sure about the others
