I'm pretty sure nationals will hold onto it until they re-charter, whenever that may be. That's what Psi U did.

SAE National does own the house and they will most likely rent it out to another Greek Org. until SAE is ready to re-colonize in the next few years or so.

Wrong, SAE local alumni own the house and the 'flying eagles' aren't going anywhere.
