What sorority is coming to campus next year and how are they going to be doing recruitment?

AOPi will be coming to campus in the fall. Their process will be similar if not identical to Gamma Phi's in 2014, with interviews and invite events happening after formal recruitment is over.

As far as I know, they will actually be looking for older girls to jump into leadership roles.

No, AOPi owns the old SAM house that DPhiE currently occupies.

No, SAM still owns the house. AOPi built and originally occupied it but has no rights to it now. They will not be living there anytime soon--dphie has it for 5 years and then sammy will be able to come back on campus.
