Think about every factor when it comes to ranks and not just one like PGPs.

There's just no rationale for chi phi being ahead of phi delt at this point. They literally just went head to head and chi phi lost.

I agree that chi phi should be dropped below phi delt. It's a simple thing of who has PGP and who doesn't and Chi Phi is the only top mid tier without.

DX, Theta Xi, and TDX are all pregaming with bottom tier sororities they aren't low mid at all.
DTD and DU too high also

Well Chi Phi doesn't have a PGP whatsoever so by that logic, shouldn't they be below those frats as well? There are considerably less social sororities at U of M than there are social fraternities so most of the frats that do actually get PGPs should not be bottom tier. And then there's TKE which is an anomaly in my opinion that is either mid tier or bottom depending on who you ask.

once you hit the Deeph/GPB/AGD/etc. range of sororities, having one of them as a pgp vs no pgp means nothing

^I think that's so wrong. At that point, having deeph/agd/gphib at tailgates is huge. With them you have a bunch of girls at your tailgates plus geed guys. Without them its all geed guys and some rando girls, but looks way different with a sorority there
