du, pikapps, and dtd

What are the typical opinions of these fraternities? Are they rising/falling? What kind of people are in each fraternity? Who do they mix with?

du and dtd are very similar, both are rising/growing in size and have similar "nice guy" personalities. pi kapps is douchier but has a much worse social schedule/brotherhood. du is known for smoking a lot of weed, but has a nicer house than dtd.

DTD's house is okay, it's just so far away. They've got a great party room though. All in all though you're right, they're really similar.

DTD's house is really far away and only geeds party there. Pikapps is falling really fast. DU is stable. I would say DTD and DU aren't that different. Both have good pregame locations. DU house is nice and has great location. DTD has a good brotherhood. All in all, I would avoid Pikapps

Pikapps is pretty bad these days. DU is solid, DTD is making the most moves.

DU and DTD are solid middle tier both are growing ahead of the DKE and sig chi. DU is a little better. DU has a nicer house, DTD has a bigger house.
Pikapps is falling bottom of the mid, getting caught by TDX and such.

DU and DTD are about the same. DTD i'd say is rising faster than DU.
DTD throws better open parties but DU has better quality mixers.
Pikapps is just falling very fast in all aspects
