chi phi vs phi delt vs chi psi

All three have improved over the last few years:

Chi Phi - Cool house, but party the hardest of the three so it's kinda dirty. Wide range of guys, not very involved on campus. Mix with a variety of sororities. Good open parties

Chi Psi - Preppier guys, tend to focus on mixing with a couple of sororities. House is nice on the inside but their parties are kinda generic as a result. Pretty involved in IFC/CSG.

Phi Delt - Have the most history and a good house/location, however limited by strict nationals - half of their parties are at satellites. Getting preppier. Below the other two

They all mix with pretty much the same sororities, and they're all on the rise so it comes down to your preferences in the guys there. They also all have pretty solid PC's from what I hear.

Chi Phi- Parties hardest out of the three. Known as somewhat douchey (depends on which guy you meet) but they definitely throw down.

Chi Psi- Preppiest out of the three. Their PC has a very good relationship with DG's PC, but their relationship with ADPi has deteriorated a bit.

Phi Delt- Most athletic out of the three, and also have the nicest house. Sometimes get stuck with the "nice guy" moniker. Beat Chi Psi in mudbowl.

All three on the rise, but Chi Phi and Chi Psi are definitely above Phi Delt ranking wise.

Chi Phi seems to be consistently ranked higher than Chi Psi on this website for some reason, even though they are pretty similar. Chi Phi had a slightly better PC, but still...
