what do you think of the two new frats?

Phi Sigma Kappa (phi sig) - small pledge class, house is currently occupied by Phi Rho Alpha, so they're living in Kerrytown for now.
Delta Sigma Phi (delta sig) - Pretty large starting pledge class, rushing next semester too.
Opinions??

Gonna definitely be a tough road for both of the new frats to make a serious impact here. Quantity of pc isn't as important as attracting quality guys who can lead them and that sororities like, which I just can't see them doing right now. Will take at least five years for them to dig out from the bottom of the bottom.

phi sig might actually have a house soon cause phi rho alpha is moving out to somewhere closer. but that house is so far away that i dont tihnk it will work for a frat to be there. sororities are used to living far away but they also dont host parties that people have to walk to.

out of all the frats that have tried to recolonize recently only a few have made it, really...tdx only because they have a good house...sig chi only because they also have a good house...tke only because oz took over them. there are just too many frats relative to the number of sororities

"Sphynx" used to call themselves "Sig" because they were once a chapter of Delta Sigma Phi before they lost their charter several years ago. This fall, Delta Sigma Phi's nationals came in and recolonized, but this did not include the rogue "Sig" group that lives on North Ingalls. The "Sigs" became the "Sphynx" and a new, nationally-sanctioned Delta Sigma Phi colony now exists. The two are unrelated.
