Didn't rush fall, want a house with good academics and smart dudes but also good girls. Does such a house exist? This website is seems retarded cause everyone down ranks everyone else but on the real though I want a good answer.

Its tough man, I would say your best bet is like Sammy or Chi Phi. Top tiers are not known for academics and these are the houses with smart kids that also get ok girls.
