pregame partners question

Hi I'm going to be a freshman Fall '15. I know about the pregame partners but was hoping that someone could explain how fraternities and sororities are matched up. Do they typically stay the same each year? I'm trying to get an idea about what sororities party with what guys so I have an idea about rush. Thanks! Go Blue!
