WHERE TO RUSH 2025

To the new freshman, he’s the genuine spots to rush.
Tops: Aepi (don’t rush Sammy instead they just want to be AEPI), Phi Delt, and TKE.
Good: Pike (if you can’t go top 3, pike is a great frat with good parties), Fiji (was good but had some issues and just lowkey lame), dchi (good choice)
The rest are meh

You listed 3 of the worst as “top.” Trouble and scandal. They can’t stay out of trouble with their nationals. Ever. They come back renamed every few years, but it’s the same toxic BS.
Pike and Fiji (even with the recent issue which was quickly remedied) are tops for a great frat, good sorority relations, a tolerable pledge term and way less scandal.

Agree with your first part but not the rest. Pike and Fiji have also had multiple issues and the recent Fiji issue with Alex R is still unforgivable.
