despite what people may think, Sammy and SigEp aren't going anywhere for a while. They're the best of the middle tier but neither one is about to be top tier. Sammy isn't rising any faster than SigEp, SigEp isn't rising any faster than Sammy. They just run the middle tier and will for a while.
