Does DSIG do COB?

Whats up bruhs, the names JimWillDoIt, I post sick challenges on Tik Tok and have amassed over 45 followers and 515 likes.
I wanted to rush a frat with only full senders, and everyone told me, JimWillDoIt, you have to rush Dsig. "Bet" (like what Jim Harbaugh says) I said, and I showed up to hella rush events. I'm wondering if Dsig already gave out their bids/are they COBing, because I havent heard back in awhile and I know for a fact I have the fastest shotgun on this campus. I wore my fullsend hat backwards and didn't wear a shirt to a single rush event, maybe they thought I looked too much like the brothers already there.
Anyone know if I can still COB? I can't be known as a half sender.
