Is KD really losing its house and what should I do

Is kd really losing their house? I like kd I was gonna put them on my keep list but if they lose their house I’ll move them to my drop list, is the rumor true? Thanks!

their house is leased to them by an old fraternity that is coming back in a year or so, there’s a high chance that they take it back and KD has to find a new place to live

Sig Ep owns the church. Kd has a lease on it for 2-3 more years max. they will probably have to find a new place to live after that

KD has their house for at least another two years and nationals is working with them to build/buy a new house in Ann Arbor by the time their lease is up, so they will 100% have a house for PC ‘24 next year. People saying otherwise are lying lmao

Sigep owns the KD house. They don’t have enough guys yet for next year, but there’s a high likelihood they take the house back within the next 2-3 yrs
