Why r there no black ppl in aephi?

Why do girls in aephi go out of their way to tan and darken the color of their skin, yet they actively discriminate and prevent POC from joining?

I was made to feel that way at kappa and phi too. I was actually treated better at AEPHI than those two. As a POC, I was only made to feel wanted at adpi, zeta, tridelt, and axo tbh

Same here except tridelt and axo weren't that nice to me either. As a black woman, I think the entire rush process is messed up. I wouldn't say aephi was better or worse than most others though. They were almost all universally rude to me

Break just ended. Some girls in EVERY house have tans or "darkened their skin." My cousin was aephi, and we are Indian POC
