Housing manager drunk driving HELP

I never post on here but this is so gd dangerous. I saw a girl in my strat drinking and later that night her car was gone from the front parking lot. She came back after like 30
My family has been personally affected by drunk driving and the thought of her putting others in dangers is sickening. What should I do? I don’t want to ruin her future
