They’re not. Party’s are lame and guys are weird. Surviving on old reputation and a brutal pledge term. Only thing they got going for them is a sorority that doesn’t even like them.

Only thing holding them up is a older guys in the frat who have good reps, their parties are lame as hell and their pcs suck because everyone knows their hazing is absolutely brutal

They’re not, but the same tired rankings just get repeated here over and over and over and dumb people still believe them. Phi psi is not top. Phidelt is not ox and not top either but somehow at UM a top frat merges with a bottom frat and stays top. That must be that new math the boomers talk about. The top frats are aepi and fiji. But old reps take a long time to die here.

It’s because people repeat the same ranks. If you’re able to get a bid there I’d much rather join literally any other decent frat
