Do all frats accept sophomores for rush? Want to rush a relevant frat

Lots of fraternities bid sophomores for rush. Mainly the lower ones bc they’re desperate but not unheard of higher up. Out of the relevant ones, I know that lambda had some sophomore that they bidded. Going lower, I know that Sig Chi, snu, du , psi u, ato, bid sophomores, and below that many frats are desperate for members so they’ll take anyone
