How is DU not absolute bottom

I don’t mean to hate but don’t they have no PGP, almost never throw and have like 5 pledges? Curious how people say they are above TDX, Snu, or Sig chi and DTD? I mean not everyone says that but definitely heard it

DU’s fall pc was solid and even though they don’t have a pgp they still throw good mixers. Guys are also too scrapy to be bottom.

My friend is a senior in DU. He basically said their e board is one of the worst that they've had in a while. Parties are still good guess they cant catch a break
