Frat parties if not in frat

I’m not in a frat but is it possible to get invited to frat parties? Can brothers invite friends to their parties or do they just stick with guys in their house?

Not in a frat either - one time I just came with a spreadsheet of the 7 girls I took the virginity of and they let me in. Said they usually require 9 or 10, but since I dressed well they let me in.
