When are the houses doing cob released? Should I reach out to recruitment chairs at all now, if so what should I say when reaching out? Or should I not email any house directly and wait for them to contact me off the interest form?

Reach out! If you have recruitment chair #s or dm instas do that. It will go faster than waiting for them to have access to interest form
