Do Mid/Upper mid sororities cob?
by: CobI dropped rush and I was wondering if any of the upper mid sororities rush? Also compared to rush how much more difficult or easy would it be getting in through cob?

Typically not, but why do you think you’re too good for a “lower?” Many of them will be doing COB, and if they don’t fill their houses it brings all of Greek Life down and potentially limits opportunities for others in the future. These “lower” sororities do all the same things as the mids and uppers. They have mixers, formals, philanthropy events, sisterhood events, etc. They probably do lots of things, like sisterhood, better than many of the mids and uppers. All of you who dropped because you just didn’t see yourselves in a lower house should take a good look in the mirror. You’re not all that. Your rejection of lower houses because you somehow think you’re too good for the smart, beautiful, talented and driven women in these houses says a hell of a lot more about you than it does about them.

What the hell does "lower" mean anyway? The right word should be "popular" and you have to ask the question, why are some houses more popular than others? The reason is usually based on stupid standards like looks or maybe the house, etc. (sadly it's often not related to sisterhood, philanthropy and the overall experience). Just because you are not in a more "popular" house doesn't mean it is any worse than others. This whole "upper, mid, and low" categorization of the houses is very superficial and doesn't represent the actual experiences of the girls in them. In fact, I think a lot of these ratings are made by guys who have no clue since most are basing their evaluation off of frat parties and limited interactions(sorry guys).
