The sorority rush experience

Because pref day is over, I thought I would share how far I went with my fav houses and my experience with them

Aphi- Sisterhood: I would definitely feel self conscious if I had joined… very material oriented rich girls. They know how to have fun, but not my forever friends (or anyone’s for that matter). That said there is always one genuine friend group in each of their PCs, so maybe I could have found my people.

Kappa- open house: felt really dry, they clearly weren’t interested in getting to know me and I didn’t feel like any of the girls I spoke with could have been my besties. Overall sad because their social media made them look dope

Tridelt- sisterhood: I loved each girl I talked to and had a great conversation with them, and was sad to be dropped. That said, it doesn’t seem like their PC is remotely close-knit, felt like there were tiers within it.

Sk- sisterhood: really silly girls. Had so much fun with them and really could’ve seen myself being school friends with each of these girls but not sure how genuine they were below that

AXO- pref: really really loved all of these girls. Very very down to earth but know how to have fun. I put them second (see below) but can definitely see myself fitting in there. Everyone was excited and playful

Adpi- sisterhood: Goofy girls that were fun to hangout with. That said, very mixed bag of wannabe phis but also down to earth genuine girls. Kind of interesting mix but I still liked them

DG- sisterhood: was really sad to drop them, but I liked AXO and XO a bit more. Great girls, fun loving and could’ve talked with them for hours at each round

XO- pref: By far felt like they had the most genuine connections with each other. Every girl I talked to was having so much fun rushing with their besties and it was refreshing. Also love that they prioritize academics, but really seem to know how to let loose. Was prefed by a girl who chose chi o over tridelt. Fingers crossed lol
