Kappa: Controversial but realistically they mix with the top frats more than others below them. Vibe is also slightly cooler because they’ve been known to be top and have recruited earlier PCs accordingly. Definitely room to fall in the future though

Sigma Kappa: known to be hot and have fun. People are dropping but since they can still rush they will likely pull the same PCs they have been because of who they mix with and overall reputation
AXO: same rep as always, just known to be slightly boring which is why they’re below SK. Part of their PCs can be a bit of a miss considering rank

Aephi: hot just known to only go to dke and sometimes be stuck up
Adpi: have seemingly gotten a rap of trying to be “not like other girls” but definitely still have a really solid pull

KD: mixed bag because there is so many of them which is why they’re here
Gphi: more consistent than KD but literally only mix with TDX
Zeta: unknown really until rush, but definitely potential to pull a better than expected PC, could honestly be anywhere in this tier

AGD: pull a group of girls who really like being there which makes them fun/ committed to sisterhood
