Chill sororities

Are the sororities with chiller girls all bottom tiers? Do any of the middles/tops have girls with a more lowkey vibe—not like shy or weird but more relaxed

all sororities are going to have some "chill" girls. You won't go through a house of 80-200 girls without finding at least a few
