Clearing the air on old zeta and new zeta

The juniors and seniors at uofm now know what the actual old zeta was like. Then, when zeta had their hazing incident (that wasn't really hazing) in early 2021, they got in trouble for LYING to nationals about it. The freshmen zeta girls at the time (who are juniors now) had not been initiated, and many were still remote students at their houses, so most either just did COB in the fall as sophomores, didn't rejoin a sorority at all, or joined rogue zeta.

Rogue zeta existed throughout all of the 21-22 school year. There weren't really dues, and they still had mixers with some frats. It was a lot of the girls that were in old zeta, and they also recruited some freshmen at the time. They did not have access to the zeta house, and didn't have chapter meetings.

Then, at the beginning of the 22-23 school year, real zeta nationals came back to campus, and recruited an entirely new PC of girls that were sophomores and above. Zeta nationals did not want any rogue zetas to rejoin, and barely any of them did. In addition, not a single girl that was in old zeta from the 20-21 school year ended up joining new zeta, so it is, in essence, a completely different sorority than what it used to be.

Their vibes are completely different than what they were in the past. That's not a bad thing, but just something to make note of. There's a reason none of the old zetas joined new zeta.
