Fiji is not top

Taking everything into account, fiji is top. It’s certainly not phi delt or aepi. the phi psi uncertainty with all their tissues makes them not top. it’s definitely not dke or asig. so while fiji can certainly hold their own when it comes time to discuss who is top, they also get an assist from all the other “contenders” who can’t stay out of trouble or invite scandal, etc
